I mean jogging.

Yesterday I started to jog again, I felt really good.

 

I forgot when did I do the last jogging...it's been a really long time, maybe since March 2008.

Though I know my condition is not as good as I used to be

Though after starting running a while, every step made me feel dying and I could hardly breathe

Though it took me 15 minutes to run over the hill...

 

I felt fine.

I kept forcing myself not to stop, and I did it.

 

 

I won't stop because there's nothing to lose.

 

Keep going.
